Conditions for Processing a Return
- Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt.
- Products must be in their original packaging with all tags still attached and in unused condition.
- We reserve the right to not accept a return and may require a restocking fee if the item has been damaged or worn.
- All transactions on reduced price/sale products are final.
- All transactions for demo bats are final.
- Triple S Sports is not responsible for shipping charges on items that are returned.
- To return an item that was purchased online, please email us at info@triple-s-sports.com to receive a Return Authorization Number.
Refunds
- All credit card transactions will be refunded back to the original credit card used for the purchase.
- Check purchases will be refunded 14 days after the original check has cleared, with the refunds issued in the form of a mailed check from Triple S Sports.
- Cash refunds will only be given with a valid receipt showing the original form of payment for purchase as cash.
