Order Processing
- We strive to process and ship all in-stock orders within 24 hours from the time that the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
- In many cases, we can have your order shipped out the same day if received by 2:00 pm. CST.
- If there are any delays, we will notify you immediately.
Shipping Carriers and Delivery
- Triple S Sports ships to the lower 48 United States via UPS, FedEx, and USPS.
- Your tracking information will be sent to you via email or text message when the order ships.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the shipping company's website.
- In some instances, products may take longer to ship. We will notify you if that is the case.
- Most packages arrive within 3-5 business days of the ship date.
- Triple S Sports is not responsible for shipping delays or mistakes made by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
- For any Next-Day or 2-Day shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping on all bats and gloves priced at $199.95 or more, as well as all Oakley sunglasses.
- A flat rate of $9.99 is charged for most all other products.
- Large items such as field equipment or nets may require additional shipping charges.
- Shipping costs are listed on each product page for your convenience.
Order Pickup
- Orders are always available for free pickup during regular business hours at our store location in Waco, Texas.
- Simply choose that option on the checkout page when placing your order.
- We will call or text you when the order is ready for pickup.
- We do not typically offer delivery service; arrangements might be made in special circumstances.
