All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.
You must email us for the authorization.




All returns must be authorized with customer service thru email.
Any return sent back without a Return Authorization Number (RA #) will be refused.
RA Numbers do not guarantee that a credit will be issued.
Once your return is received, we will inspect it to ensure the item(s) are in its original condition, all wrappers, bags, tags, etc are in tact.
Providing your return(s) are received in new, resalable condition, you will receive credit for your purchase, less the shipping.
The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Should your return not be eligible for return, the package will be returned to you (charging return freight).

ALL RETURNS SUBJECT TO AT LEAST A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE, varies per product, manufacturer.


Credits are issued in the form of original payment. Credits are generally issued within 3-10 business days.
To ensure prompt credit, your RA Number must be displayed on the outside of your return package along with a copy of your original receipt.
Once you receive your RA Number, we must receive the return within 10 business days.

Customer is responsible for all return/exchange freight.


In the event that Triple S Sports shipped an item to you incorrectly, you will not be responsible for the return freight or re-stocking fees.


Non-Returnable Items: Clearance or Sale items, Decorated Uniforms, Apparel that has been worn or altered, Personalized  items such as uniforms, bags or gloves, Bats that have had plastic outer wrap removed, Athletic Cups removed from original packaging, Special Order non-stock items.




Merchandise warranties are handled directly with the manufacturer, not withTriple S Sports.

Most bats carry a one year warranty (unless otherwise indicated) against defects. Wood bats generally do not have warranty (unless otherwise indicated). Damaged or defective bats must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Bat warranty requires a copy of your original receipt. In the event that you do not have the receipt, email us and we will be glad to send you a copy. 


Limited Bat Warranty Guarantee


High Performance bats are manufactured with ultra thin walls to maximize performance. It is possible that slight indentations (dings) and/or surface deformations (out of roundness) may occur. This does not constitute a defective product. Specific terms and conditions of any warranty are indicated on the warranty registration card included with the bat. Ship your bat, freight paid (by customer) along with a copy of your proof of purchase to the manufacturer of the bat. You must have prior authorization to do so. Upon receipt of the bat and proof of purchase, the technical staff will examine the bat. The manufacturer has the option to either REPAIR or REPLACE, at their discretion. Aluminum bats found to have manufacturing or material defects (plastic end caps, air chambers and grips are repairable items). Repaired or replaced bats will be shipped paid by the manufacturer within 2-5 business days, pending stock availability. The substitution of a comparable bat will be made if the bat is no longer available. If a replacement bat is sent, the replacement bat does not start a new one-year warranty, but does fulfill the one-year warranty from the original date of purchase. If upon inspection your bat does not meet the warranty criteria, your bat will be returned to you.
